After a thorough review of our operating model, and taking into account feedback from our partners, we are ceasing to offer new business and renewals from Rentguard.
What does this mean for you?
We are implementing the following changes regarding new business and renewals.
New business
- From 1st July: Rentguard will cease issuing new business quotes to you in relation to your clients.
Renewals
- From 1st August: Rentguard will cease to issue renewals to you in relation to your clients.
The changes outlined above only relate to business handled by Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance Brokers Limited trading as Rentguard Insurance and will not impact any other agency or arrangements you may have in place with other divisions or trading names of the company.
Do you have an agency with Vasek?
The following is applicable to those that hold an agency agreement with Vasek:
For all new business – The ‘Get a Quote’ buttons on the Rentguard website will automatically redirect you to the Vasek website (www.vasek.co.uk), where you can obtain suitable quotes for your clients.
Alternatively, you can visit the Vasek website by clicking here.
For renewals - As your client's renewal date approaches, you will receive a quote from our Vasek brand via email (or your preferred contact method).
Please ensure that all members of your team have login credentials for the Vasek portal, as all quotes will be redirected there.
Please note that Rentguard Insurance and Vasek Insurance are both trading names/brands of Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance Brokers Limited and accordingly there be no change in the broking entity handling your business.
You should ensure that you fulfil any obligations to your client and inform them as appropriate about the changes above.
