UK rental prices return to growth

Marked recovery in UK rental prices was witnessed in August, new figures published as part of the latest Homelet rental price index have revealed. The data showed a 2.4 per cent year-on-year increase in average rental prices across the country, with the average monthly rent now standing at £939.
