Refund policy

Guaranteed 14-day full refund

A 14-day full refund is guaranteed with any of our insurance policies. If you decide that you wish to cancel your policy within 14 days of purchase you are entitled to a full refund of the premium paid. Simply contact a member of our customer service team and they will be able to refund your premium accordingly. All cancellations must be put in writing.

Policies paid by Direct Debit

If you wish to cancel your Direct Debit at any time please let us know 1 month in advance by contacting our customer service team on 0208 587 1060 or by email at info@rentguard.co.uk. Insurance cover will cease on the date you request cancellation. Rent Guarantee and some Legal Expenses products are non-refundable. Please note a refund will not be given where a claim has been made or where there is less than £10 to refund.

Cancellations and amendments

You are entitled to cancel your policy, or apply amendments at any time during the term. It is important that you inform us of any amendments that you feel may affect your insurance policy or a claim.
