Terms and Conditions – Rentguard / NRLA promotion

1. Promoter’s name and address: Rentguard is a trading name of Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance Brokers Limited. Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance Brokers Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Registered Office: Spectrum Building, 7th Floor, 55, Blythswood Street, Glasgow, G2 7AT. Registered in Scotland. Company Number: SC108909. Gallagher is the brand name of the Arthur J. Gallagher group of companies

2. Promotion: A pair of tickets to the Rugby Final on 18th June 2022 when you purchase a landlord insurance policy from the Promoter.

3. Promotion Period: This Promotion is open from 25th April 2022 to 20th May 2022 (inclusive). However, this Promotion may end earlier if all the available tickets are allocated prior to the 20th May 2022

4. Eligibility Terms: To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, you must be a UK resident over the age of 18 and a “new customer” to the Promoter. A “new customer” is a customer that does not at the commencement of this Promotion hold a landlord insurance policy which they purchased from the Promoter.

5. How to participate:
a. To benefit from this Promotion, you must:
i. purchase a landlord insurance policy from the Promoter during the Promotion Period by calling us on 0208 787 5952 and quoting “RUGBYFINAL”;
ii. successfully pay: the premium in full or the first instalment of the premium and
iii. hold the landlord insurance policy for at least 14 days.

b. Only 50 pairs of tickets are available (100 individual tickets). These are awarded on a first come first serve basis. Once this allocation of tickets has gone no further tickets will be offered under this Promotion and this Promotion will close immediately. This Promotion may end before 20th May 2022 if all available tickets are allocated prior to 20th May 2022.

6. Notification: Customers that qualify for tickets, they will be notified after 6th June by email or phone. If the customer does not respond to the first email or phone call, the Promoter will send a further email to the customer offering them the tickets. If the customer does not respond to the Promoter’s offer within three days of the second email or call, the Promoter will re-allocate the tickets to another customer.

7. General Terms:
a. The tickets are not transferable, refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
b. The tickets will be subject to the Rugby Premiership’s general terms and conditions which are available on their website https://www.premiershiprugby.com/ (together with those set out on the tickets and the rules and regulations of the venue).
c. Please note that the tickets only grant entry to the match and do not include travel costs, insurance, meals and beverages, personal expenses, additional activities, or any other expenditure.
d. Email is not a secure method of communication and any such transmission is sent at your own risk.
e. This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
f. The Promoters decision will be final and binding.
g. Discounts and rewards provided in this Promotion are subject to availability and may be varied over time.
h. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative discounts/rewards of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the Promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
i. The Promoter has the right to withdraw the competition at any time.
j. No correspondence will be entered into regarding any of the terms and conditions or conduct of the Promoter in allocating the tickets.
k. The Promoter is not responsible for the customers that do not attend the Gallagher Premiership Rugby Final due to health or any other reasons.
l. The Promoter will not be liable if the Gallagher Premiership Rugby Final is cancelled, delayed or suspended as a result of an act, omission, event or circumstance which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

8. Data Protection and Privacy: In order to participate in this Promotion you will need to provide the Promoter with your personal data. For information on how the Promoter will use your personal data and how you may exercise your rights in respect of that information, please refer to the Promoter’s privacy notice at https://www.ajg.com/uk/brokerage-privacy-policy. If you are providing the Promoter with the personal data of another individual, you must tell them you are providing this to the Promoter and show them a copy of this notice.

9. Marketing: All participants, by entering into this promotion, agree to be contacted by the Promoter regarding their products, services and news. Where you decide that you do not want to be contacted by the Promoter for such purposes then please include the words “opt-out” in your submission or please advise a member of the Promoter’s team during the event. You can change your mind at any time about receiving such marketing from the Promoter by getting in touch at uksme@ajg.com.

10. Law and Jurisdiction: This Promotion and its terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising out of it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
